- Bananas -2
- Green cardamom-5-6 pods crushed
- Cinnamon-half a teaspoon
- Vanilla-1 tablespoon
- 100% pure Canadian maple
- Coconut milk:1 can (optional) ,Ihave not used it but it boost the flavour a whole notch above and give a creamy texture .You can also use Oat or Almond milk too )
For the topping:
- Desiccated coconut
- Fresh strawberries
- More maple (if required)
Step 1 :
Chop the bananas and add into a blender.
Step 2 :
Add the rest of the ingredients:
1 tablespoon of vanilla
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
A tablespoon of rose water
De seeded 5-6 green cardamom and added it too the mix as shown in the pic. If you are adding the coconut milk you have to add it now. I have avoided it .
Finally blended it into a smooth paste and kept it in the fridge to set for half an hour in a steel bowl.
Step 4 :
Finally top it with frutis and a topping of your choice , I used freshly sliced strawberries, desiccated coconut and Pepitas. Enjoy cold immediately , bon appetite. p.s.you can add a dash of maple to the topping as well if you like it sweet .
